Advocacy & Resources Committee
The Advocacy & Resources Committee is tasked with gathering resources to educate our volunteers & the public on the issue of homelessness and working with the Communications team to create tangible resources to provide those we serve, addressing common issues (i.e. bus routes, homeless shelters, workforce empowerment organizations, etc.).
Communications Committee
The Communications Committee is responsible for creatively marketing the vision of Neighbors to the public, showcasing our goals, and highlighting what we have achieved through various creative media (i.e. newsletters, event graphics, social media management, print materials, etc.).
Funding & Partnership Committee
The Funding & Partnership Committee is tasked with connecting Neighbors to individuals and organizations that are willing to support Neighbors either financially or through fostering beneficial relationships that will help us achieve our vision and mission.
Prayer Committee
The Prayer Committee will lead and organize prayer initiatives including organizing prayer groups at monthly events, praying specifically over our neighbors experiencing homelessness, and working with the Communications Committee to communicate new prayer requests after each event to an established & committed list of prayer warriors.
Programs & Volunteer Committee
The Programs & Volunteer Committee is responsible for planning and overseeing monthly event logistics, volunteer management, and engagement strategies. This committee will oversee general event flow, volunteers trainings, prayer groups, and testimony sharing.
Resource Distribution Committee
The Resource Distribution Committee is responsible for overseeing general supply operations, ensuring adequate inventory levels on an ongoing basis, managing resource strategy, and outsourcing kit assembly.
