My name’s Nicole, and I’m a woman of faith who happens to be a leader, artist, writer, and soon to be coach!

Born and raised in San Diego, California, naturally I tend to gravitate toward the sunshine, sea and sand. However, in 2022, after the sudden death of my father, I packed up my car for the first time in my life and moved to Denver, Colorado seeking change, new community and adventure.

There are two commandments that I live my life by— Love God, and love others. Every decision I make, conversation I have, and result I produce is fueled by this command.

I have a decade of professional experience in creative operations helping executives and startup’s navigate change and growth in a seamless way. While consulting and leading strategy is my bread and butter I thrive best when leading individuals to achieve their potential. I believe when teams are coached mentally & individuals are supported emotionally they can show up every day, tackle their responsibilities with confidence and face challenges head on. When we are heard, seen and acknowledged, we can execute our job in a way that brings us joy and fulfillment while being able to witness the fruit of our labor.

I believe that Neighbors’ vision in helping our unhoused friends feel seen, supported and loved aligns with my personal beliefs, and I feel honored to be a part of building God’s redemptive plan for his kingdom.
